7 Value & Sleeper Fantasy Football Picks For Monday Night Football

  • Tom Brady is listed as QB1 on Draftkings.
  • Draftkings has Cooper Kupp listed at $9,200 and as WR1.
  • Tyler Higbee is priced at $4,800 on DraftKings.

TAMPA BAY, Fla. — Week 11 of the NFL will be coming to a close with a Monday Night Football matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Los Angeles Rams. Throughout these teams, there are great value and sleeper picks for fantasy GM’s to look at.

These DFS players listed all offer value based on either their skill and or their asking price which are two things to look at when drafting a player.

Quarterback

Value Pick, Tom Brady, $11,000: Tom Brady is coming off of a steaming hot performance in Week 10 where he put up 341 yards and three passing touchdowns as well as one rushing touchdown for 34.8 fantasy points.

The fact that this is Tom Brady on primetime alone should be a good enough reason to draft him to any fantasy team.

Something else to keep in mind here in the matchup that Brady has with the Rams is that in three of their last four games, they have allowed opposing quarterbacks to go for 248 yards, 261 yards, and 268 yards. Fantasy GM’s can expect a similar performance from Tom Brady.

Running Backs

Value Pick, Ronald Jones, $8,800: Ronald Jones is a great pick here not only because he is coming off of a 192-yard, one-touchdown game for 28.8 points, but also because of the matchup he has with the Rams defense that ranks 23 against opposing running backs.

In the Rams last two games, they have allowed at least one rushing touchdowns as well as allowed the opposing back to go for over 40 yards as well. Considering that Jones is coming off of a monster game, that should not be a problem.

Sleeper Pick, Cam Akers, $2,800: Akers should be considered as a medium risk, high reward pick here as he has seen an uptick in his rushing attempts over his past two games.

Something else to take note of here is that with the rise in attempts, he has been eating away at Darrell Henderson’s attempts as well which could lead to more and more opportunities for him to make plays. Being that Akers has been eating away Henderson’s field time, he could see more field time here in Week 11.

Wide Receivers

Value Pick, Cooper Kupp, $9,200: There is no hiding that Kupp has had a nice stretch of games in his last three games where he has pushed over double-digit fantasy points in all three.

Something else to take note of here is that in all three of those games, Kupp has seen more targets than his running mate, Robert Woods. Also, in his last three games, Kupp leads all Rams receivers in total air yards as well with 327 yards which is a good sign as it means is more prone to make a big play sooner rather than later.

Sleeper Pick, Antonio Brown, $7,800: Brown could be a great pick here for any fantasy team especially at his asking price.

The fact that the Rams defense is ranked first against opposing wideouts could actually work in his favor as he is overshadowed by both Mike Evans and Chris Godwin who are working as the team’s WR1 and WR2 which would leave Brown more open space to create plays for himself against a weaker defender.

With that said, those that are looking at Brown’s player props on legal betting sites could opt to take the Over in some categories.

Tight Ends

Sleeper Pick, Rob Gronkowski, $6,200: Rob Gronkowski offers great value at his asking price, especially being that he has had a quite impressive stretch of games over his last five outings. He has caught a touchdown in four of his last five games which has also pushed him over 13 fantasy points in those four games as well.

By the looks of things, it seems that the chemistry between Rob Gronkowski and Tom Brady is starting to revive itself as Brady has looked Gronk’s way more often than not in the last five outings.

Sleeper Pick, Tyler Higbee, $4,800: Higbee has seen a quiet stretch on the season in the past few weeks, but he is due to have himself a nice game here in Week 11. He is coming off of a decent 60-yard game where he went for an average 9.0 fantasy points.

Something that should be encouraging here is that the Buccaneers defense has allowed opposing tight ends to score in their last two games. At his asking price, he is worth the pickup knowing that the Bucs have allowed the position to score more often than not.
