The UFC took the show on the road last week for UFC 251 and boy o’ boy was it a big one! We saw three title fights take place including crowning a new UFC Bantamweight Champion, as Petr Yan stopped Jose Aldo in the 5th round of their title fight. In the other two fights, we witnessed the title stay with their current champion as Kamara Usman and Alexander Volkanovski both retained their titles by decision.
This week, we stay at Fight Island for not 1 but 2 UFC events. On Wednesday Night, we have UFC Fight Night – Fight Island 1, then on Saturday Night, we have UFC Fight Night – Fight Island 2. Both of these events are packed with some really strong fights. Let’s take a look at both of these fight cards and the lineups for Fight Island 1 and Fight Island 2.

UFC Betting Guide
Making money off of UFC fights is a popular money maker in the sports betting world. If you are new to UFC betting or are familiar with the process, there are a few things to keep in mind when trying to place the right bets.
Top Five Tips For UFC Betting
Narrowing down a long list to go by can be intimidating. But here we have composed a quick go to checklist to cover the basics and maybe point you in the right direction. These quick five tips are:
Where To Place Bets
Choosing The Right Betting Site
When you first start making your bets, you want to make sure you have the right betting site. Some betting sites offer incentives for joining or have a better design that is easy to navigate.
This particular part of your journey is to be able to shop around the best one for you. It would also help to find the ones with the best payouts to make sure that your payday is worthwhile with all the hard work you put in to make the right picks.
Understanding how the UFC operates is a great start for betting on the sport. However, it is also important to know how to look at the fights more intelligently versus being a fan.
With this mind, it is important to find value and make the bets with the highest expected value. Everyone is going to have their own strategy, but finding one that works best for you to mitigate risk is definitely worthwhile to put more money in your pocket.
Popular Ways To Bet
The beautiful thing about betting on the UFC is that there is some flexibility in your options. Not only can you bet on who is going to win, but you have options of how the fight will turn out, length of rounds, and even who throws more jabs.
While you do not have to bet on every category, this shows that you do not have to just pick a winner. Some people enjoy the hypothetical scenarios and then it turns out that you can bet on some of them.
If you are beginning to bet on a fight, you may want to keep in mind the type of fighters that are matching up against one another. If you have one fighter that is an excellent submission artist, and the other is not so great at defending takedowns, then you may look to bet on the submission artist.
Do the fighters have a current winning streak? Is one a better striker than the other? With those types of questions in mind, this should put you in a position to find the best fighter in each situation.
When placing your bets, try to think or research anything else that comes to mind. You may want to check current UFC news on a certain event you are wanting to bet on to see if anything tips in a fighters favor.
